Świerklaniec Open
The Świerklaniec Open 2026 is a tournament returning after a year’s hiatus to the legendary Świerklaniec Park. It has hosted the Polish Disc Golf Championships twice, and everyone remembers it fondly from the 2024 Central European Disc Golf Championships, which hosted players from 14 European countries. This old English-style park features driver play, perfectly mown grass, a challenging forest section, and 300-year-old trees.
All of this is surrounded by the beautiful Kawalera Park and an 18th-century fountain, which attracts tourists from all over Silesia. Świerklaniec is just an hour’s drive from Ostrava and 20 minutes from Katowice, making it a great venue for international competition. Players can expect a layout of approximately 2,700m, a PAR of 63 and a memorable PAR4 on hole 18, which gives nightmares to many players.
